Permanent Leasing
Interested applicants are kindly requested to follow the below stages to submit their Retail Space Registration Form and to be able consequently to obtain the answer to their enquiry as per the mentioned deadline.

Have the mentioned Retail Space Registration filled in with the requested and accurate data as well as have it submitted by clicking on the submittal link.
The interested applicant will be contacted by one of our leasing consultants to confirm all required information is completed and provided by the applicant. In addition, the leasing consultant will be happy to provide general information to the applicant about the project.
The applicant is expected to deliver by hand the below mentioned documents to the leasing consultant who shall be registering the Retail Space Registration From into the leasing database and eventually submitting them to the Leasing committee for further study and update.
Brand information comprising of history and concept description as well as logo and contact persons data.
Designs and layout of the desired location along with sizes and measurements.
Planned Marketing activities for the opening and commercial calendar.
Afinal answer shall be given to the applicant pending all requested info is provided to the leasing consultant and The Avenues Leasing Committee has approved the brand. There is no specific time period given to this process and it can vary according to the Committee’s procedures.
